Living near wind turbines is not dangerous for human health, that’s what a recent MIT study has assessed.

Several examples in both United States and Europe have been taken into account evaluating the impact of noise emissions, infrasound included, on living standards of the people living close to a wind farm.

The study proves that concerns raised in various countries, such as Australia and the United Kingdom were wrong.

In fact, these observers concluded that there is no correlation between the noise of the wind turbines and diseases, disorders, or other health indicators.

Low frequency measurements (LFN) revealed that wind turbines noise is generally well below the noise tolerance levels so, not causing any discomfort to the house owners.
